Welcome to QRMomen, an app developed and operated by me, an indie developer based in Indonesia ("I", "me", or "my"). Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before accessing or using the QRMomen mobile application ("App") and any associated website ("Website"). By accessing or using the App or Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using the App or Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the App or Website.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

The App provides a platform that allows guests to capture and share photos taken at events ("Service"). It automatically collects and organizes event photos, making them available for viewing by event attendees and authorized users. The Website (if applicable) may provide additional information about the App and its features.

3. AGE RESTRICTIONS

To access and use the App or Website, you must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you must review these Terms with a parent or legal guardian who agrees to them on your behalf.

4. USER ACCOUNT

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify me immediately of any unauthorized access.

5. USER CONTENT

You retain ownership of the content you upload or share through the App or Website ("User Content"). By uploading or sharing User Content, you grant me a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, and modify your content as needed to operate and improve the Service. I reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content related to the App and Website (e.g., text, graphics, images, software) is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any such materials without my prior written permission.

7. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to:

  • Use the App or Website for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to hack or access restricted parts of the system
  • Upload malicious software or viruses
  • Impersonate others
  • Collect or misuse personal data
  • Violate the rights of others
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App, Website, or servers

8. DISCLAIMERS

You use the App and Website at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. I do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or that the App or Website will be free of viruses or harmful components.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent allowed by law, I will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or Website, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

10. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION

I may modify these Terms or discontinue the App or Website at any time without notice. Changes to the Terms will be effective once posted. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
